Performance Metrics - Summary Wholesale batch processing issues Wholesale batch processing performance in December continued to be impacted by events in November that caused delays in the batch schedule: Database statistics refresh failed due to a software bug, causing a delay in the batch processing schedule and requiring several days to catch up Failed data backup jobs on two occasions caused significant delays Batch processing was on schedule as of December 23 Changes in infrastructure were implemented on January 5, 2008, to improve ongoing batch performance 2 Public – Item 6c
