We have a great opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst to support the Head of Strategy & Development on all new business and acquisition decisions and building the core business. As the Senior Analyst you’ll be responsible for identifying, analysing and modelling investment and commercial opportunities for the business, as well as preparing investment papers for review by the Board. You will build strong relationships externally and manage internal resources to ensure deliverables are met within agreed deadlines. To be successful in this role you will: Ideally has previous M&A experience in Big 4 or investment bank. Significant demonstrable financial management experience, preparing profit and loss statements and cash flow reporting. Advanced Excel experience; developing of financial models to provide detailed business analytics Proficient cross-function workflow management skills. Excellent presentation skills, advanced administrative and research skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure with strong time management skills and able to prioritise workloads Confident working with and able to deal with confidential information on a daily basis Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation and external clients Flexible and adaptable to work outside core hours - critical Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills In turn NOVA Entertainment provides you with a fun and exciting culture to work in, reward and recognition and career development opportunities.
