Grant Details Grant will allow for reimbursement for trips taken outside the usual jurisdiction of 5310/MAPP vans. For pre-arranged (non-emergency) medical visits only For seniors or those with disabilities Adjacent or municipalities on the route Centralized scheduling through Elder Services Real-time, electronic reporting of trips Pilot project, ends 12/31/17 (or earlier, depending on demand). Designed to show demand for services, so that additional funding can be sought through 5310/MAPP.
