Carbohydrates Are a class of foods that includes sugars and starches There are 3 types of carbohydrates : starch, sugar, and fibre Carbohydrates contain carbon, oxygen and hydrogen The nutrition label includes all types of carbohydrates The only way to get rid of carbs is exercising

Carbohydrates in Foods Foods with lots of carbs: - breads, pasta, potatoes, rice, and cereals

Fats Make energy and cushion your body Foods with Fats: -Cheese, butter, bacon, potato chips and ice cream Fat is made by the body when there too many calories
