Aim To better incorporate personal goals and preferences for cancer treatment through development, evaluation and implementation of the Choose Wisely Consultation in primary care for cancer patients. Methods 45 Choose Wisely consultations Cancer patients with either colon-, lung-, breast-, prostate-, gynaecologic cancer or melanoma palliative treatment >18yr curative intent >70yr Mixed-methods design Quantitative: questionnaires Qualitative: interviews and focus groups
