SMIS Instruction Grade ▶

1. Enter and search scores (enter scores by subject) 2 3 4 5 6 1. Select ‘Grade’ on the top menu 2. Select ‘ Enter scores by task 3. Set enrollment period year / class / section 4. Enter the student’s scores in the blanks 5. In case of e-homework Select ‘Junior N scores’ and check the Student’s Junior N scores. (refer to next page) 6. Click the ‘save’ button

Select ‘Waiting for evaluation’ - You can check the number of students waiting for evaluation - applies to hand grading tasks 1. 1 2 3 5 4

2. Assign Junior N (Check evaluation- completed tasks) Junior N  E-homework management 1. Select ’Homework management’ 2. Set year / month / class 3. Select ‘Evaluation completed’ - You can check the number of students whose evaluation has been completed. 1 2 3

2. Assign Junior N (Check students who have not submitted their tasks) Junior N  E-Homework Management 1. Select ‘Homework management’ 2. Set year / month / class 3. Select ‘Not submitted’ - You can check the number of students who have not submitted their tasks 1 2 3

2. Assign Junior N (Check scores and total study hours by class) Junior N E-Homework management 1. Select ‘E-Homework management’ 2. Set year / month / class 3. [ ] checked yellow are those who haven’t submitted their tasks [ ] uncolored are those whose tasks are not graded yet 4. You can check scores and total study scores of the students ex) On the score section, 0 (number) ‘0’ means that the student hasn’t submitted by the submission date ‘number’ means the task score 1 2 3 4

2. Assign Junior N (Check subject score and average) 1 2 3 4 5 Junior N  E-Homework management 1. Select ’E-Homework report card’ 2. Set year / month / class 3. You can check the students of the selected class, their subject scores, total scores, class ranking etc. 4. Clicking a score, you can see the details. 5. Clicking [go] on ‘details’, detail task scores appears.

2. Assign Junior N (E-Test management) 1. Select ‘JuniorN’ on the top menu. 2. Select ‘E-Test management’ 3. Select ‘Test assign’ 4. Set the enrollment period year / month / class 5. The number and names of ‘Waiting for evaluation’ ‘Evaluation completed’ ‘Not submitted’ students appear 1. 1 2 3 4 5

2. Assign Junior N (E-Test results management)  Set enrollment period year/ month/ class 1 2 1. Select ‘Manage test results’ 2. You can see the number of students who have submitted, and their average scores on quiz / regular test

You can check class student information including registration date and others. The page you see now is if you click you can also check individual information. 6.
