Evaluations Evaluation of every service has to be done on the level of team at the beginning and at the end of service Final evaluation at the end of the rehabilitation process is necessary for assessment of employability of the person OUTCOMES: mainstreaming, supported employment, sheltered employment or not possible for employment – criteria under rules Questionnaires for persons with disabilities Questionnaires for Employment Service and Institute for Pension and Disability Insurance
