KADEN, 4, autoimmune disease I wish to play football with Mickey Mouse VISION & NEED Our Vision is to make every eligible child’s wish come true. ___________________________________ Each year, over 300 Connecticut children are diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. LACROSSE FOR WISHES The Lacrosse for Wishes program enables kids to help grant the wishes of kids with life-threatening medical conditions. WHO: 120+ athletes grades 4th through 10th all throughout CT WHAT: Athletes participate in lacrosse tournaments during the summer lacrosse lesson. Leading up to the tournaments and throughout the season, each player will be raising money for Make-A-Wish Connecticut (a minimum of $500 per player). WHERE: Practices are held at multiple locations throughout Fairfield County. Athletes participate in up to 4 tournaments throughout New England. WHEN: Practices begin in June with tournament play starting in June and ending in late July. WHY: Funds raised help grant the wishes of children with life- threatening medical conditions. Athletes will have the combined value of improving at their sport while learning about the impact their own philanthropy and dedication can have on another child’s life. HOW: Once teams are selected, athletes sign a commitment form and received a personal fundraising webpage. .

Lacrosse For Wishes Program Program Costs Tryout Fee: $55.00 per player Coaches Fee: $325. Two professional coaches per team. Uniform Fee: $75. Includes custom r jersey, shorts &shooting shirt. Fundraising Commitment: Player Minimum: $500.00 minimum must be met prior to first tournament.
