Housing Work Order System RPS Pro-staff Training 2014 Housing Work Order System System is AiM and is located at http://housing.fmd.uga.edu/fmax/login Anyone can have a desk top app- send request to Josh at 706-542-4635. Queries can be customized to fit your needs. Customer service entry- https://apps.itos.uga.edu/housingworkrequest/ (preferred) Phone- 706-542-3999 (urgent matters) Radio- channel B with call sign “work order 1” 1. To decide what queries you want, think about the questions you might have or be asked. 2. Even though you might learn and use the radio to communicate directly with maintenance staff, we prefer to have you make request for work though the work order office so we document every event.

Pest control work orders are first routed to the building service supervisor, then to the vendor after building services has assessed the circumstances.

After Hours Maintenance Response System RPS Pro-staff Training 2014 After Hours Maintenance Response System Residence Halls: a. Second Shift STW- Monday-Friday till 10PM (radio call sign is “second shift” or 706-542-8275) b. On-Call STW after 10pm, weekends, and holidays- 706-202-9672 FGH & HSC: On-call STW after 4:30pm Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays- 706-202-9673 FMD on-call through UGAPD at 706-542-2200 Before a call is made to the after hour staff, someone should be on the scene of the issue to give a first hand account of the conditions. A dialogue should take place to determine what steps need to be taken after hours. On-call staff are paid for a minimum of 4 hours when they return to campus.
