Present Simple
What do we mean by Present simple ? Is: the act that we use to talk about a particular event does not happen in the past, but is now happening in the current times.
How to form present simple? Two ways to formulate the present simple.
Subject + verb (s) + object First: Subject + verb (s) + object *Observation: There are two conditions to add letter (s) If the actor returns to the name of a person or thing Examples: Nasser sings in his room. Fatten eats the apple. The Internet stops suddenly. If the actor is in the beginning of a sentence pronouns He , She , It Examples: He sings in his room She eats the apple
Second : Subject + verb +object Examples: *And even apply this rule must provide condition If there the other pronouns : We , They , You , I Examples: They watch the T.V every day. You watch the T.V every day. I watch the T.V every day. We watch the T.V every day.
Negative Statements: Base Form of verb Do not / Does not Subject work ( don’t) I , You , We , They Does not (doesn’t) He , She , It
When to use the present simple?
1- Use it with an event that takes about routine : Actions which happen regularly (every day, every week, etc ) Examples: They go to school every day She takes a shower every Friday 2- Things that do not change (such as scientific facts, ideas ...) Examples: The sun rises from the east. The earth goes round the sun. 3- Used with things that generally know they are correct Examples: Nurses look after patients in hospitals

Do Does You , They , We ,I Examples: *They don’t work there. She , He , It * He doesn’t work or study in weekends .
How to form questions in present simple?
Yes or No questions : V + Subject + the rest of the sentence+? Examples: They watch the T.V every day . Do they watch the T.V every day ? Answer : Yes , they do / No , they do not or No , they don’t.
