Saturday General Session Presentation of charters (Georgia Beta, South Carolina Beta, Delaware Alpha) State of the Organization – One Pi Beta Phi Given by Grand President Paula Shepherd, Foundation Board of Trustees President Beth Sordi and FHC Board of Directors Lisa Scott. Pi Phi by the Numbers: 21,500 collegians Almost 300,000 Pi Phis ever initiated 140 chapters and 288 alumnae organizations FHC has now welcomed 33 chapters into FHC; 10 this past biennium The Foundation invests $2 million annually in our sisters and communities and raised almost $200k on Pi Beta Phi Giving Day 15,500 Pi Phis have been impacted by the Critical Conversations® Speaker Series programs Average GPA is 3.27 and is on the rise Clubs, chapters and individual members have donated more than $2.2 million to The Literacy Fund at Pi Beta Phi Foundation in the last biennium Voting

Legislation Highlights A total of 15 proposals were considered. Proposal #6 was withdrawn from the legislation proposals. Topics ranged from Grand Council term limits to legal wording for collegiate financial obligations. Of these proposals, only Proposal #5 was discussed. This amendment, proposed by Ohio Lambda, moved to change the collegiate officer role of Vice President of Philanthropy to Vice President of Philanthropy and Service. After hearing from both alumnae and collegians, the body voted not to pass the proposition. All other proposals were passed.
