Who is Gen Y? A.K.A. Millennials Echo boomers (1980 to 1995) “Echoes” of the Baby Boomers Mostly children of Baby Boomers The generation that will take over the Baby Boomers as they retire Revisit: Baby Boomers

Gen Y- Growing Up Grew up in an era of expanding cultural diversity and globalization Technologically adapted group High awareness of environmental issues This slide’s ideas are expanded in the next slide
