Rice Rice is the main cash crop grown in Southeast Asia Not a cash crop

Plenty of Crops Not gonna read all these! Jute, deodar, dawn redwood, ginkgo, teak, pattan, and nutmeg are all plants of Southeast Asia. Sandalwood, raffleesia, betet palm, and rubber trees are also included in this category. Also included are bamboo trees, rice, turmeric, opium poppy, paduak, mango, tea, cinnamon, cotton, sugar cane, wheat, other crops. Without these plants, Asia surely wouldn't have survived as long as it has.

Money from Trees…not grown on trees Rainforest = $$$ : Sell trees as lumber/timber.

Tourism is a fast growing industry with beaches like this!

Fish Just kidding about the vending machines! Fishing is a huge industry for Southeast Asians and that is reflected in their food dishes they prepare.
