Episode 5: The Return of Planet Nine© After millennia of peaceful existence, the Lyncean people are threatened when their home planet, Lynxcea, is discovered by two scientists from Caltech: Konstantin Batygin and Michael Brown. They call it Planet Nine. Brown, aka “PlutoKiller”, is a ruthless destroyer of worlds and the Lynceans believe their home is in jeopardy. Their only hope for survival lies with the young Batygin. Unbeknownst to him, Batygin’s real father is not Mick Jagger as Star Fleet told him, but Yuri, the bass player in his rock band, who is himself a Lyncean. When Yuri tells him, “Konstantin, I am your father,” Batygin cuts his arm off. After taking Yuri to the emergency room, Batygin reflects on his heritage and begs Brown to spare Lynxcea. However, “PlutoKiller” refuses and full scale galactic war ensues (be sure to watch Episode 6: The Lynceans Strike Back ©!). For his efforts to save them, the Lynceans award Batygin with a commemorative coin of no value whatsoever. Approved for release by the San Diego Lyncean Group, Department of Nonsense and Silly Walks
