Emergency Planning Architecture National Response Plan (NRP) (Established under HSPD-8 and refined under HSPD-10) State of Minnesota Emergency Operations Plan (MEOP) (Must followed NRP guidelines) Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (As a state agency our plan must contain the same elements as MEOP) Emergency Preparedness Crisis Intervention Continuity of Operations
