Quality of Life

Born in 28.07.1993 Diagnosed with Cistic Fibrosis in 2000 First intravenous treatment in 2009 : Lung capacity : 90% Weight : 52 kg Start TBC treatment around October,2010.

Diagnosed that I have Mycobacterium Abscessus in my Lungs in the end of 2010. My lungs capacity around 50 %, my weight was 45 kg Lung capacity at end of 2011 : 25 % Weight: 40 kg - > Idea of Transplantation. Lung Capacity at 2013 : 15-20 % Weight: 55 kg

Before Transplantation May of 2013 : I went to the sitting of the transplantation board – 3 days later - > I was on the list. Swimming 6 meals a day Just positive toughts

The Transplantation

Second of August at 2013. I got the call in the morning. We started the surgery at 2 o’clock. Endid at 9 o’clock. I got up at 2 am on Saturday. I ate and walk at the second day.

After Transplantation

And Now…

Szilvia Nagy : Transplantation : 2007 After a good and quick recovery Szilvia started swimming. - > She won an European championship in Krakko She loves dogs. She lives with her husband and a little doggo called Dolfi.

Péter Lénárd Transplantation : 2003 He had been dialised for 9 years, but at 2016 he got his new kidney. He got married 23.09.2016. He lives with his wife, Nikolett and two little dogs : Beni and Otto. They love traveling. He likes ride his bicycle and last year he started his old dream the boxing two times a week.

Rita Osztalics Transplantation when se was 21. After two year she gets married She started working in 4hours for 4 years and after that she went to 8 hours. Do sports regurarly. Now go 3 times a week to TRX trainings.

Andrea Diner Transplantation: 2012 She started playing table tennis. After a few years she could travel to the European Games, and win some medal. Now she playing table tennis for 2 hours a day twice a week, and she playing tennis 1 time a week.

Péter Kriszbacher Transplantation: 2012 2013: he has 70% lung capacity and his weight was 70 kg. His son was born. 2014: he has a job after he and finish the university. 2016: lung capacity 99%. His son was 4 years old and He finishes an another university and became a mathematics teacher.
