Buckwheat flour pancakes

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour 3 tablespoons of wheat flour 1 egg 100 ml natural yoghurt 50 to 100 ml of milk A pinch of salt ½ teaspoon of baking powder Oil for frying pancakes

  Preparation: Whip the egg. Add yoghurt and whip again. Pour the milk into the batter, put buckwheat and wheat flour, baking powder, salt to taste and stir well. The dough should be the consistency of thick cream. Allow dough to stay for 5 minutes. When the dough rises, fry the pancakes in hot oil. Eat with sour cream or jam.
