8b. Situation on D+2 in case of terminiation: Calculation of the Excess Amount If the amount transferred from the HB Vostro Account onto the Cash Pooling Account is in excess of the Coverage Limit , HB shall have the right to claim from AHB the refunding of any amount exceeding such Coverage Limit which has been transferred on the day on which the termination became effective and on the immediately preceding Business Day to such day, whereupon HB shall not have any liability for such amount in excess of the Coverage Limit. No further Cross-Border Cash Pooling under the Bank to Bank agreement. 8c.
