PIPE SPOOL WELDING SYSTEM This is a Friction type pipe rotator system comprising of Motorized Pipe rotating rolls with AC VFD Manually swivelable column at the rear. Lincoln Welding head with motorized slides for adjusting the welding torch position, integrally mounted to the above vertical slide. Top clamping idler rolls with motorized vertical slide (for clamping different diameters) on the above swivel column. 2 Roll Idler steady rest for pipe support with manual height adjustment, Trolley for moving on Rails (Rail under customer scope) and Rail lock facility – 2 Nos Electrical Control Panel with operator pendant.

PIPE SPOOL WELDING SYSTEM OPTIONAL FEATURES: Separate welding head (instead of integral welding head) mounted on a column & boom with motorized trolley, to enable welding at different places along the length of the pipe.
