Welcome to Butler’s Hill Infant School! We are an infant school located in Hucknall, Nottingham in the Midlands. We range in ages from 3-7 years old. We have a Nursery, two reception classes, three year 1’s and two Year 2 classes. We have different religions, ethnicities, interests and personalities, But we love being together!

Meet our School Council members! We work together To make positive changes to our school Meet our School Council members! Our school Council is made up of two children from each year group. Two boys and two girls. We meet every two weeks With Mrs Siddons and we take our ideas and thoughts back to our classes.

We have two classes in year Two. Meet Lauren and Bubbles our Pet fish in Year 2.

In Year 1we are learning about cold places to live In Year 1we are learning about cold places to live. We are thinking about Children and families that live in colder climates and how they are similar And different to us

In Year 1 we have been learning about different cultures and Religions. This half term we all took part in celebrating Divali with our Sikh and Hindu children and staff.

This October we took part in the Big Draw! We used science, ICT, Art and DT to create, experiment and make amazing things to d with SPACE!

This is our school hall. Here we take part in assemblies Where we learn about different Religions and faiths. We have regular visits from our Local Vicar Malcolm. He comes in to Tell us stories from the bible. Christingle, harvest and Christmas Too.
