Requirements on the dissertation theses (DissT proposal): DEAN'S REGULATION 06/2016 Requirements on the dissertation theses (DissT proposal): The DissT may be submitted in the form of published articles (or redactions accepted for publication).   Minimum number: 3 scientific reviewed publications issued in Web of Science journals with an assigned Impact Factor Index or SCOPUS database journals with an assigned Scientific Journal Ranking index. at least two publications must name the student in the 1st place of the collective of authors, and at least one of them must be published on the WOS the remaining publication must state the student at least in the 2nd position in the collective of authors

Publication activity DEAN'S REGULATION 06/2016 In order to be admitted to the DissT defence, the student must fulfil the following minimum publication requirements: 1 original article published or accepted for publication in a WOS database journal (or a review in a journal) with an assigned IF index and, at the same time, 1 publication in SCOPUS database journals with an assigned SJR index. SCOPUS may be replaced by impact. the student has to be in the 1st place among the collective of authors of these publications

Publication activity DEAN'S REGULATION 06/2016 Requirements on the published article acknowledgement: the article must relate to the topic of the dissertation thesis the publication must be made during the doctoral studies the affiliation of the PhD student to its training institution, i.e. FFWS CULS in Prague must be mentioned the publication must be entered into the university CV system (zachova@fld.czu.cz) in case of an article “in print”, the PhD student submits the declaration of the journal editors which has to state that the manuscript successfully passed the opposition procedure, has been recommended for publication, stating also in which issue of the journal the article shall be published

Further obligations: DEAN'S REGULATION 06/2016 the individual study plan (ISP) must be submitted by the end of the first month of studies the DissT methodology must be submitted within three months from the beginning of studies preparing the literary search related to the topic of the dissertation thesis and its presentation at the workplace by the end of the first year – the research extent must be at least 20 SP presenting the result of their scientific work at an expert forum at least once a year (conference, seminar, symposium, etc.). foreign stay or internship (for full-time study programme students)
