Application process Step 1: Initial Application and deposit due: October 1st http://go.andeo.org/initial-application/school-groups Pay your $500 deposit by credit card at the same time you submit the application, or mail us a check. If you pay online, you will receive a receipt by email. If you mail a check, we will acknowledge payment.  Cancellation Policy: ANDEO will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $200 if you cancel before your detailed application is due (11/1/2017). If you cancel after that, we will refund all payments made less the deposit and any non-refundable costs incurred. In the event that ANDEO cannot accept you into the program or cancels the trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Application process continued Step 2: Student Completes Detailed Application Online We will send a link for you to complete your detailed application. This will include: personal profile medical and dietary information a few short answer questions 3 references including one from your French teacher letter to your host family (in French) photo collage (a few photos of yourself and family with captions in French) copy or scan of your passport Your detailed application and 1st payment installment of $1,000 will be due by November 1st.

Additional information It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents for your stay in France, including a valid passport. We recommend that you bring about $100-150 per week for personal items, snacks, souvenirs, and meals in transit.
