ECE 3130 Digital Electronics and Design by Priyankar Roychowdhury Lab 3 Part A XOR Gate without using MOS Fall 2017

Objective In this lab, you will learn, if some libraries exist, how to use them to design and simulate a new component

Before starting this experiment: You need to locate your last lab- works on your computer If you don’t find, copy from your backup source and place those in your documents folder You need to follow Lab2 partA slides for the process of experimentation

What we will do: We will design XOR gate without any MOS but with existing NOT and NAND gates libraries we did in last lab
