CHAPTER THREE LESSON ONE BUILDING SELF-ESTEEM

OBJECTIVES DESCRIBE HOW SELF-ESTEEM AFFECTS YOUR LIFE. SELF-ESTEEM DETERMINES HOW WE VIEW AND FEEL ABOUT OURSELVES IDENTIFY THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A PERSON WHO HAS HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AND A PERSON WHO HAS LOW SELF-ESTEEM. POSITIVE OUTLOOK/ FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES/ CONFIDENT/ DESCRIBE FIVE INFLUENCES ON YOUR SELF-ESTEEM. FAMILY/ FRIENDS/ TEACHERS/ COACHES/ MEDIA DESCRIBE HOW SELF-ESTEEM AND BODY IMAGE ARE RELATED. THE WAY YOU IMAGINE YOUR BODY- BODY IMAGE CAN INFLUENCE SELF-ESTEEM
