TARGETS FOR THE YEAR 2017

SWOT of the Chapter Strength Going to construct own Chapter Office with all type of faculties available for students and members 8 appointed counsellor covering maximum districts of Chhattisgarh state. Good relationship with various reputed educational institute having prospective student of ICSI, The five examination centre of Raipur Chapter it self is a good source of increasing student strength. Able to provide all type of facilities to students from registration, training to placement service at Chapter level Two active study centre with all type of facilities for students.

SWOT of the Chapter Strength High level of IT Development by ICSI attracting more and more student . Less fee, facilities of online service for maximum services provided by Institute along with simple training structure is a grate advantage of the course and is a great strength for all employee of ICSI. Continual progress from a satellite chapter to “c” grade chapter and vary near to become a “B” grade chapter with increasing number of student and members. All round development in chapter activities for the benefit of students and members.

SWOT of the Chapter Weakness Some time In spite of repeated interaction through telephonic conversation ,email, bulk SMS and advertisement through media not getting the desire response from student to intact with chapter office at regular interval some time it make us feel that only compulsion make the student to come to chapter office. In spit of providing special benefit to student during our O.C.C Classes like less course fee, qualified and experience faculties, free service after completion of course till pass out, free of cost class room teaching facilities to rank holder students, training and placement assistant to the students of o.c.c classes, some time respond of students are less as per our expectation. It has been observe that student those who are doing their registration at private coaching centre are some time failing difficulties because the coaching centre while making the registration on behalf of student entered the email id and contract number of their coaching centre due to which the students are not able to get any information from institute ,and there are also example where it has been observe that student do not know ,how to open their profile, how to make the form fill up. We at Chapter level always approach the students to at least make their registration at Chapter level if they are not interested to registered their name for O.C.C Classes but some time in spite of our best effort unable to get the desired result.

SWOT of the Chapter Opportunities Appointment of 8 counsellor for the various district allotted to Raipur Chapter, to conduct huge number of C.A.P and registration of students. Two functional study centre with all facilities like registration, classroom teaching etc. Agreement with IIM,Raipur for signature award help in propagation of CS Course and bring the talent recourse in our profession.. Registration ,classroom, study room facility to students at chapter level to short our maximum difficulties face by student.. With proper infrastructural development attract the attention of student toward chapter office and providing all solution to the student from registration to placement.

SWOT of the Chapter Threats Doing registration or undergoing class room training through Chapter level or by any private bodies is not a big threats, but it has been observe that some time student do not feel it necessary to keep any interaction with chapter office except in case of some compulsory issues. We always suggest the student to always keep an interaction with chapter office because proving some facilities like training, placement etc is at the end of the chapter and by keeping interaction they can create an image at chapter office, but it has been observe that student prefer to visit chapter office as per their suitability .

Strategy to increase registration Conduct of more Career Awareness program with the help of counsellor appointed by Chapter . To collect more Students data and email or call to counsel students for joining the CS Course. Image building concept of our institute will be intensify to bring increase in student registration Study Centres will be monitor at regular interval so that student can get all facilities . Providing registration ,classroom teaching and all online and off line related guidance to student to refrain them from misguided by private coaching centre and making extra payment for doing registration and other online activates. Quality of education will be improve by incorporate the talented faculties from respective field

Strategy to increase registration Full utilization of appointed counsellor and study centre to increase the student registration. Backward and interior areas will be given emphasis and intimate the student about the CS Profession, its low cost and high dignity. We will negotiate with various school and college and approach them to keep a session during their annual day celebration or any other days in which parents along with their students will be available so that our massage can be convey to them fruitfully. More & more Law & Commerce Colleges of the regions have to be explored as they are having more potential.

Strategy to increase registration Creation of more study centre and appointment of more number of counsellor to increase the registration . Provide all online related services at Chapter level so that student will not face any difficulties. All members of our chapter will be requested to motivate their near and dear to opt for the course and member doing the activates will be awarded with memento during any special programme with some gift. Quality of service at chapter level will be improve to get the desired result.
