SITUATION (tt) According to the world health organization, the rate of morbidity and mortality causing unsafe abortion in adolescent girls is also high. In the developing countries, the number of unsafe abortion at the age of 15-19 is approximately 3 million cases (2008). [9]. SITUATION (tt) In Vietnam (2012), having 11,2% of adolescent have sex but only 33,9% use contraception and the rate of abortion is still higher than the world(20%) Particularly in Hue city, according to a study at the Hai Ba Trung high school (2014) showed that 74,1% of students have not good overall knowledge on reproductive health. THE AIMS 1. Decribe the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors towards reproductive health of adolescents of high school students in Thua Thien Hue province.  2. Investigate factors related to reproductive health problems of adolescents high school students in Thua Thien Hue province.

OBJECTS AND METHODS Objects: Students of high school in Thua Thien Hue province Methods: A cross – sectional survey. Sampling method: multi- stage sampling. 2 schools Region 1: 10 schools Region 2-rural areas: 11 schools Regoin 2: 17 schools Thua Thien Hue Province 1434 students

RESULTS - DISCUSSION 4.1. General information Ethnic: Kinh 97,1%; the proportion of men and women are respectively 41.2%, 58.8%. Most students have more than 2 brother or sister in the family, and more than 1/3 of the first child The economic with average -pretty (85.5%) The majority of the parents have educated from high school or higher, respectively 37.1%, 31.4% Vocational groups: fathers as agriculture, forestry, fisheries 46.1% mom doing trade is 34.9%. Mother is frequently at home than fathers (78.0%). Regarding marital status of the parents: 93.0% were living together. They mainly live with both parents (86.9%)

RESULTS - DISCUSSION 4.3. Attitude towards Reproductive Health On the side of having sex befor marriage, the majority has the attitude of disagreement (51,6%), however there is still a small percentage (21,7%) of agreement of the reasons demonstrated on the following levels of agreement:

CONCLUSION 1. Knowledge, attitude, behavior towards reproductive health - The rate of correct knowledge of students is 13.0% - The rate of correct attitude of students is 67.0% - The rate of correct behavior of students is 73.2% 2. Factors in relation to knowledge, attitude, behavior of reproductive health of students - Region, folk, religion and mother's education level are factors which affect to reproductive health knowledge reproductive health. - Gender is a factor which affects to reproductive health attitude of students. - Region, gender and attitude are factors which affect to reproductive health behavior of students.
