Super Sweet Strawberries

Background Information Questions arise Scientific method

Question If Splenda and real sugar are added to strawberries, can test subjects tell the difference? And if they can, which of the sweeteners will the subjects prefer?

Hypothesis If real sugar and Splenda are placed on strawberries, and subjects are asked to pick which sample they prefer, the test subjects will prefer the real sugar over the Splenda.

Materials Splenda Artificial Sweetener Real Sugar Toothpicks Plates Strawberries Splenda Artificial Sweetener Real Sugar Toothpicks Plates Male and Female Surveys 4 Small Containers Labeled Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior 2 Large Containers for strawberries
