Anti-Oppressive Practice Definition: Is a practice that seeks to recognize the oppressions that exist in our society, and attempts to mitigate its affects and eventually equalize the power imbalance in our communities.   The outcome of which is a more inclusive and equitable environment for staff, clients and their families
