By Domenico Caucci Web Arts & cultures - Oct 07, 2009 Self Portrait project By Domenico Caucci Web Arts & cultures - Oct 07, 2009

Project Idea I got the idea to make a picture of myself using a bunch of pictures from the internet with people who have similar facial attributes.

Origin of the idea I was thinking of how people find it hard to reproduce faces. This is because people see emotions and not facial features.

What ties it Since people only see only emotions it’s as if they look though a microscope at every attribute of a person’s face individual and that’s where my idea comes in.

This is my face Just so you remember before I show you the image I made. Sexy ah?

All the images used and all the search terms used on Google to get them Next page 

short hair guy invisible-frame glasses wide nose facial hair cheeks stubble chin hair eyebrows guy shaggy brown eyes guy small mustache hair darkness under eyes guy guy teenager small grin guy

Now, without further delay, here’s the picture of me Next page 

The Image made with people’s faces Here it is, the heavily cropped and edited face I made.

Thank you for your attention
