Possessive Adjectives Possessive adjectives help to demonstrate ownership. Just like other adjectives, the possessive adjectives should agree in gender and number with the noun they introduce.

Je regarde la télé avec ma soeur. I watch TV with my sister. Tu parles français avec ton oncle. You speak French with your uncle.

Elle joue au tennis avec sa mère. She plays tennis with her mother. Il joue au foot avec ses cousins. He plays soccer with his cousins.

Nous téléphonons à nos parents. We telephone our parents. Vous chantez avec vos amis. You sing with your friends.

Ils travaillent avec leurs parents. They work with their parents. Elles joue avec leur chien. They play with their dog.
