In PURE this is called the ‘Accepted Author Manuscript’ (aka post-print), not ‘Submitted Manuscript’ (aka pre-print) or ‘Final Published Version’ Keep a word.doc version esp if online template being used. Full-text should be uploaded within one month of acceptance

It also details information on research staff, awards and activities, projects and research groups. Information does not appear on Aston Research Explorer unless it is in PURE. https://research.aston.ac.uk Keep your profile and research information up to date!

Adding a full-text article to PURE Click on ‘browse’ to find the file for upload or drag the file to the box Select the correct document version: - Green this will be ‘Accepted Author Manuscript’ (peer reviewed version) - Gold this will be ‘Final Published version’ (Publisher PDF / Version of record) For Green OA - if you are unsure of the embargo date the library will check this and complete it for you For Gold OA - the license type will usually be ‘CC-BY’ aka ‘Creative Commons: Attribution’ Make sure you press SAVE when you exit or your work will be lost!
