Social media Twitter End of year 1: 541 followers End of final year: 1,903 followers If we assume that 10% of us regularly use Twitter, does that make it a better statistic? Facebook End of year 1: 48 likes End of year 2: 66 likes End of year 3: 83 likes End of final year: 93 likes Well targeted, Twitter followers aren’t ‘spam’ followers. Facebook not so good but works better in other communities. Twitter followers higher than many other EU projects but not a massive impact. Essential though.

Data Visualisations Observatory plot. Users can interact with plots View metadata Download the plots etc Then can download the raw data, directly retrieved from Copernicus (or other).

Training Training for less experienced users of hardware (OGS, Italy) 3 day workshop – 15 participants Training Training for less experienced users of data products (NIOZ) 2 day workshop – 19 participants Training for less experienced users of data (UniHB) 2 day workshop – 20 participants 54 students trained International students Excellent feedback from all workshops All materials are available on the website Very popular – each call oversubscribed

Lessons Learned Gathering content for outreach is ‘painful’. We should plan outreach earlier for activities. This must be part of a deliverable and a requirement for submission. Gathering data for 20+ observatories and getting it checked is just as painful. Just before a GA is the wrong time to review data.

Remaining Activity 4th and final newsletter by the end of August Further dissemination activities for SA Anything we can do with final results and deliverables?

FixO3 Legacy Lots of website content and products – not to be lost Continuation of central catalogue of observatory information developed in WP2. Training materials. Adaption / continuation of data visualisations We mustn’t lose the ease of access to data, this was a major achievement.
