Development Director Goals 12-15 face-to-face visits per month (180 visits total a year) Last FY completed 214 24 proposals Last FY submitted 21 Amount Asked – $1,320,334.25 Amount Funded - $180,000.00 Raise $4.1 Million Last year’s goal - $650,000 Last year’s dollar’s raised - $362,919.56

Education Development Plan FY 18 Send a letter to all alumni/donors announcing the change in the college (separation of education and fine arts) Send two solicitations/appeals a year (spring and fall) to alumni and donors. Send holiday stewardship postcard (late November/early December) Create giving page on the College of Education web site Discuss more industry partnership and foundation opportunities with Tracey Duncan Develop list of industry partnerships and foundations the college would like to get involved with Monthly thank you notes from the Dean Discover collaboration with other areas across campus for funding and promotion
