David’s request for guidance (1-5a) Vs. 1, typical of David, “I cry out to You”, Make haste to me and hear my voice

Vs. 2, hopes for his prayer to be acceptable to the LORD David’s request for guidance (1-5a) Vs. 2, hopes for his prayer to be acceptable to the LORD Incense – prayers offered as “a sweet smelling aroma” to God – Revelation 5:8, 8:3-4, Hebrews 13:15-16

Matthew 5:44, 1 Corinthians 4:12-13, 1 Timothy 2:1-2 It is NOT about hatred of them, but their deeds! Leave it with God!
