Motivation As the world of PaaS offerings grows it is important for the developers to be able to find the PaaS that best suite their needs. PaaSport provides matchmaking based on application requirements But moreover PaaSport allows developers to deploy and manage their application to different PaaS offerings through the usage of a common graphical user interface PaaSport training material
Creating an Application Request After a PaaSport user creates an application request that has all the required services of the application, the matchmaking can be performed, as explained in presentation named: Create an Application and Search on PaaSport Platform Based on the user input PaaS offerings are filtered and user can select a PaaS offering for deployment PaaSport training material

Creating an Application Request Final details should be added before deployment and the deployment package of the application should be provided Two different deployment types are supported through PaaSport and depending on the PaaS offering needs; Deployment through code available on Git repository Deployment through pre-compiled .war files PaaSport training material

Managing a Deployed Application After the successful deployment of an application, PaaSport user is provided with a list of all the deployed applications he owns. This list provides information about the application status and also the management options Through PaaSport user can stop, start or delete the application by simply selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
