1. Rice Stress Ball

Rice Stress Ball Ingredients : Balloon, Rice and a bottle. Pour some rice into the empty water bottle. Second place the balloon over the bottle were the cap usually stays. Once all of the rice is into the balloon tie a not on the balloon and then play with it!

Hand Wash Stress Ball

Hand Wash Stress Ball Ingredients: Hand wash, Balloon, Empty Water Bottle First get the balloon blown up a bit. Second stuff in the water bottle with some hand wash. Place the balloon over the water bottle. Once all of it is in the balloon tie a not and play around with it!

Flour Stress Ball
