Cleopatra Cleopatra was the daughter of Auletes. Her mother, believed to be Cleopatra V, was the kings wife/half sister. In 51 B.C, her mother died and the throne was passed on to her and her brother while she was still 18. Her brother, who was named Ptolemy XIII, was 10. Soon after they took the throne, Ptolemy's advisers acted against Cleopatra and forced her to leave Egypt for Syria in 49 B.C. She created an army and fought her brother on the eastern border of Egypt. Meanwhile, both the brother and the sister were asking Ceasar's help in the fight.

Khufu Khufu was the son of the pharaoh Sneferu and Queen Hetepheres I. His tomb was in the Great Pyramid of Giza. The Great Pyramid of Giza is the only Wonder of the Ancient World that is still standing today. There is only one statue of him ever discovered. It was found in Abydos. Right when Pharaoh Khufu came to the throne, he almost immediately started to build his tomb, or the pyramid. The pyramid took twenty-three or so years to build. The pyramid took 2,300,000 building blocks to build. All of this just for a tomb! It wasn't the first pyramid built, but it was the biggest. Some accounts say that Khufu was a cruel pharaoh, but another says that he was fair and pious. That means that he was nice and religious.

Tutankhamen (King Tut) King Tutankhamen (A.K.A King Tut) was one of the youngest Pharaohs of Egypt. He lived from 1341 B.C.- 1323 B.C. and was pharaoh from 1332 B.C.- 1323 B.C. He was about 18 years old when the died. Some people thought that he died from a knee infection but some people thought that the was murdered by his grandfather, Ay. Lastly, his wife, Ankhesenamun was his half sister and Tut was married at 11 and she was 13 years old.

Ramses II Ramses was the son of Seti I and Queen Tuya. When his father died, he became pharaoh. Ramses II was the 3rd king of the 19th dynasty. He was king for the 2nd longest time in Egyptian history. He built many huge statues of himself all over Egypt. Ramses' family became royal after Akhenaten was king. He died at age 96. He approximately had 125 children and 200 wives. He outlived most of his children and wives.
