The evaluation of the course was not comprehensive : - 286 trainees participated (1,000 validation participants were planned) The pilot test bed lacked preparation in some areas : - Required basic skills, qualified trainers, equipment and infrastructure Suggested Solution : - Provide a prerequisite list for each course - Provide a equipment and infrastructure list 9/11
