The university should provide more avenues for staff to upgrade their qualification as per FHEC requirement……thus fulfilling our graduate attributes MOU between other universities for staff/ student exchange Current PhD students without supervisors will benefit from this arrangement Students get an opportunity to experience diverse environment in HE.

Invest in recreational facilities for students and staff. Counseling services at department level or school level should be done in confidence
