Your Email Address WILL NOT CHANGE!!

Switch Date June 30th, 2016

Accessing Gmail Click Google Drive Link on DPS homepage Log into Google Drive Username: DPS School Email Address Password: Network Account Password Click the box of dots in the upper right of Google Drive screen to see all apps (waffle icon). Choose ‘Mail’ to access your email.

DPS Email Warning: Unless you log out of your account, your Google Drive and Email accounts are accessible to others who use your computer even if you have closed your browser!!! Reminder: Always log out!!!

Between now and June 30th: Forward any emails you would like to retain to your Gmail account individually by forwarding to your temporary Gmail address: username@duxbury.k12.ma.us.test-google-a.com Folder of emails. This can be done but will end up being a trail of emails in one email. Send an email to your temporary Gmail address and put all the messages as attachments. There is an attachment size limit of 25 MB in Gmail. Forward any emails that you want to retain from your folders in First Class to your temporary Gmail address.

Auto forward all email to Gmail While logged into First Class, go to First Class Preferences (under the First Class menu, under the Edit menu on Windows). Go to the messaging tab. Choose to forward both local mail and Internal mail from the pop-down menus, then in the box labeled “Forward to:” put your temp Gmail address and press return/Enter key to accept. Click the Apply button and press OK to exit First Class preferences. You will need to cc or bcc your response to any new email in First Class that you respond to to get that response in your new Gmail account.

Moving Contacts Move any individual contacts you have stored in First Class into Gmail Mail lists that you have created cannot be exported!! Directions to move Contacts:
