Pre Reading Activities: All activities will be completed under your Diario #8 Think about the following questions and answer them in complete sentences. What is the danger in having a stalker? Name 3 things. If you had a “stalker” what would you do? List 3 things. Do you think that stalking and admiring someone is the same thing? Why or why not? Explain.

Pre Reading Activities: List the 3 irregular verbs in the imperfect tense. Conjugate each verb using the 5 forms.

During Reading Activities: First, skimp through the stories and underline ALL of the irregular verbs in the imperfect tense. (Hint: there are 46 in total) Second, find the translation in English for the vocabulary listed. Give a small image or symbol that will help you represent the meaning of the word. (You can do this on the story paper) Then, you will read story #1 and story #2 Finally, annotate each paragraph in a one sentence summary. (Remember that this annotation should be key idea(s) that will help you remember/understand the story)

After Reading Activities: Answer the following questions using complete sentences Identify the problem(s) in story #1. Identify the problem(s) in story #2. Identify 2 similarities between story #1 and story #2. Identify 2 differences between story #1 and story #2. Identify the solution in story #1 Identify the solution in story #2. Actividad Final You will write a new, similar version of the story “Gabriela y la acosadora” in Spanish. Use the verbs “veía”, “iba”, and “era” at least three times (3x) each. Base your story on the illustrations provided. Write at least 3 sentences in Spanish per box. I will collect your, Diario #8, Pre, During, After Reading Activities and your Actividad Final at the end of the period.
