Healthy volunteers are needed for research into brain disorders Can You Help? Healthy volunteers are needed for research into brain disorders We are looking for volunteers aged 18 and over to take part in a research study investigating brain activity using non-invasive Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation (GVS). GVS uses a light electrical current applied behind your ears to disrupt your balance system. Your information will be compared to that obtained from individuals with brain disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease. The study requires no more than 4 hours of your time. Travel expenses are provided. If interested in more information, please call Christy Jones at (604) 822-9722 This study is supervised by Dr. Martin McKeown, Neurologist, UBC Faculty of Medicine v1 - May, 18, 2016
