Lessons to be learned The social protection floor agenda  increased complexity Two different types of jobs (horizontal/vertical), stakeholders, mechanisms… Not only support to isolated schemes but also to the SS system as a whole, ensuring coherence… within social security, with employment, fiscal space analysis/tax reform …. Ex: NSPS in Cambodia, Financing social protection & Tax reform in Thailand, harmonization of schemes through NHIS in Lao PDR Informal sector, poor & vulnerable Formal sector Levels of benefits coherence
