SUSTAINABILITY AND REPLICATION The COE process can be sustained by making the Gender Focal Person a permanent employee of council with key result area and do away with appointing the GPF with other key result areas The COE work can be cascaded to other councils through twinning of council by the parent ministry with those that have been in the process.
