Authority Utility Feature Description Account Added background color on summary bar to indicate account status. Green: Active/Billing Red: Inactive/Not Billing Added ability for accounts marked as shutoff exempt to automatically expire after a certain number of days. You can now waive penalties from the penalty detail screen. Added button to screen that will show the bill calculation amounts if billed today.

Authority Utility Feature Description Inspections Ability to import inspection pass/fail results from a file. Reports Added new account report 'Account Billing Issues'. Finds common issues preventing an account from billing. Shutoff Wizard Partial payments that bring the account balance below the shutoff threshold amount will now remove the account from the shutoff list. Letters Letters system completely overhauled. Easier setup and use. Ability to reprint exact copy of any letter generated.

Authority Utility Feature Description Readings Validator Average consumption is now an available column. Ability to manually add readings to the Readings Validator Ability to mark a read as a Final in the Readings Validator Allows for multiple reads in the validator for a meter. This will allow for a Final Pending and New account to both be in the validator.

Authority Utility Feature Description Billing Wizard Bill preview now allows you to recalculate or remove multiple bills at once. Bill preview now allows you to recalculate bills without affecting your manual adjustments.
