Chapter Membership Drive New initiatives from the Central New York 2017 planning session: Retention Effort: Each board member will be assigned 4 chapter members and the board member will contact their 4 assigned chapter members at least 3 times per year. This also includes contacting dropped members each month. Recruitment Effort: Each Board member will bring 1 or 2 non-chapter members to each of their events. Recruitment AND Retention Effort: Any current chapter member who brings a non-chapter member to a chapter PD program, and then the non-chapter member joins that chapter, the current chapter member who made the reference will get to attend another chapter PD program for free.
