Tuesday 9/26: COSI on Wheels Important Information: It was nice to see many of you last night. If you were not able to make it, I have sent home a packet of information with your child today. Scholastic Reminder: If you would like to place a book order please do so by Sunday evening 9/10. I will place the order on Monday. Daily 5: We are building our stamina in Read to Self! We are also learning new reading strategies together! Saxon Phonics: We continue to review letter sounds and vowel rules! Candy Sale- Students will be sent home with candy next Friday unless you have made other arrangements. Oral Presentations! The class did a great job on their presentations last week. It was quite obvious that many had practiced! Volunteers are welcome in First Grade! We need volunteers on Thursday mornings. I had some volunteer forms out last night. If you would like one please just ask! Remember you must have your BCI and Protecting God’s Children forms turned into the office.
