Question 5: Council of Europe Support Recommendations on mother tongue education (Romani) Offer of teacher training (seminars / ECML), + for the use of the CFR Provide consultation with specialists Supply persons and material for public debates to support Romani teaching process Facilitate exchange of information, teaching materials and people involved in teaching Support network activities (build national capacity for teacher training & distance education) Support the implementation of the CFR and ELP.
