They were sort of successful This is true because Jamestown thrived but the first settlement just randomly disappeared without a trace. Jamestown was founded by John Rolfe on May 13th, 1607 Their main export was fish and Tobacco The consisted of Middle Class English and Native Americans The main religion of this colony was Christianity

The Geography The Landscape consist of coastal plains, valleys, and mountains. It is both warm and cold. Their main sources of food are crops even though they can afford meat and fish dinners They had a school Their main sources of entertainment is singing, dancing, fishing, and hunting They are apart of the southern colonies

Roanoke Colony This settlement just vanished out of nowhere There are a few theories on how it happened They just left The native americans attacked They just died They traveled threw time They were abducted They killed each other Ect. No knows what really happened to them The only clue they had was a carving on a tree stump.
