Presentation Setup for RF Clickers To access the clicker PowerPoint application go the START> Academic Applications > Other Applications > PRS - PowerPoint. Only this version of PowerPoint has the PRS clicker add in for setting up questions for clicker responses.

Presentation Setup for RF Clickers When you select PRS – PowerPoint it will automatically ask you to register the PRS Add In. Click the Register button.

Presentation Setup for RF Clickers PowerPoint will open. Locate your PowerPoint presentation by clicking the Office button and select OPEN.

Presentation Setup for RF Clickers Once your presentation is open you are ready to set up your questions for use with the RF clickers. Select the Add-Ins tab. Then move to the first slide that has a question you want to set up for responses.

Presentation Setup for RF Clickers Select New Question under the Add-Ins tab. This will open the question set up dialog box. Select the question type, whether the answers are numbered with numerals [1,2,3] or letters [A., B., C.]. Select the number of answer choices there are on the slide. Select a point value if you choose to. Select the correct response.

Presentation Setup for RF Clickers You can select the number of times a student has to select the correct answer by designating Number of Chances. The timer refers to how long the students have to respond to the question. 30 seconds is the shortest amount of time allowed.

Presentation Setup for RF Clickers Once you have set up a question for responses an Interwrite symbol will appear at the lower left of the slide to indicate the slide is set up for responses.
